We try to be as flexible as we can with our operating hours because we understand that everyone’s life is different. For this reason we are available by phone or text till 8 pm everyday for quoting and scheduling.

Do I need to make an appointment?

We highly recommend an appointment if you want to ensure a certain day or time. With our new location we are able to take a limited amount of walk ins. If you would like a walk in service and want to know if spots are available please feel free to give us a call to check! * please note we require a $20 deposit to book remainder paid once the service is complete

What happens if i need to cancel or reschedule?

With last minute cancellations we cant always fill in that slot. requiring a deposit keeps both us and our customers committed to the auto service appointment. If a reschedule / cancelation occurs the $20 deposit may become non refundable. If you have any other questions about this policy feel free to reach out to us

For locations more than 20 miles from San Antonio we may charge a 10- $20 travel fee or require auto detail service minimum fee.

Before your appointment: look out for a text message the day before so we can get your final conformation in

The Day Of Service: Depending on the service being performed, We do an initial walkthrough to make sure your quote is accurate, if it needs more attention the auto detail technician will let you know for any addon-s that may be needed to satisfy the services being provided. once we have a agreement on everything we then get to work!

After we are finished: we perform a final walkthrough with you! this is when the payment will be due if not already purchased on the online booking platform.
